Over at '4 Legacy Ave'...

Both Jaymin and Jay of cause had gotten part-time jobs to help out and help big bro Jayson out for all the love and care he and his wife had shown them. Even though Jayson made enough money in his high profile job...

It's the time of the year.... another sim birthday!
This time it is Jayson's adopted daughter Tina's.

This family has turned out to be quite a perfect family. The kids are very mild mannered, help out when needed, all round nice to people, and are very keen learners.

Of cause when Uncle Jaymin and Uncle Jay got into private school, the kids: Lachlan, Tina and Laura had also been inspired to follow in their footsteps.

They eventually succeded in their goal!

All was happy and well in Jayson's house... till the day that Jaymin turned into an adult, and he had decided he wanted to be just like big bro Jayson and start a family of his own.

The day he moved out, little bro Jay and niece Tina also went with him as they did not want to be apart. And so, they had moved to '5 Legacy Ave' (But that's another story right?)

So now that leaves Jayson, his loving wife Lucy, eldest son Lachlan and youngest daughter Laura. The house was quiet...

Lucy wasn't use to all the quietness at home so she had poured herself into her work, till she too was top of the career just as hubby Jayson was in his career.

The kids had put all their focus on their studies plus part time jobs while still maintaining the closeness with all the relatives! Now that is pretty awesome for a couple of young teens :)

Lachlan soon found a slight distraction in his life... in the name of Tosha Go - a local girl. She had always had a crush on him and she would occasionally follow him home just to get to know him better.

Lachlan been a gentleman soon asked Tosha to go steady with him as he had felt more attracted to her the more he got to know her. She happily agreed.
